The working meeting of the Regional Network for Education and Training in Nuclear Technology (STAR-NET) was held on 21-22 April 2016 in Minsk, Republic of Belarus.

The meeting was hosted by the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics and attended by representatives of university-members from Armenia, Belarus, Russian Federation and Ukraine.
The participants exchange their opinion on modality of collaboration between university-members and actions on development of the STAR-NET educational portal, conducting educational and methodological activities and creating of common projects, schools and workshops. The participants agreed on the 2016 action plan.
